“Annie Hall”, winner of 4 oscars, was written and directed by Woody Allen and tells the story of a “nervous romance” between a neurotic intellectual New York comedian (“Alvy Singer”, played by Woody Allen) who fells in love with a singer (“Annie Hall”, played by Diane Keaton).
The iconic fashion sense of the movie was a work of costume designer Ruth Morley.
The man-tailored outfits were inspired in Diane Keaton herself and even though it premiered more than 40 years ago, the movie remains a inspiration until today.
